- One
of them (blue) is to be used to connect to 3CX as Boardroom, the credentials
are already saved and everything is prepared to make a call.
- The
other one (red) is to be used in
case that you want to create a meeting under your personal 3CX account.
Using
3CX Boardroom account to make a meeting
After double tapping the 3CX Boardroom
account you will be introduced to interface that you all know very well.
To create a meeting in a Boardroom,
please navigate to the section “Meet” from the panel
on the left side of the screen.
Creating a quick meeting is as simple as
clicking on “Join Now”.
To invite people to your meeting please
click on “Invite Participants” icon (green) in top right menu of the window. New window will open in
which you can see the invite link for the meeting which you can copy by any of
buttons highlighted (red).
In case of any trouble feel free to
contact us from a Polycom located in most of the meeting rooms. You can always
catch us on number 2222.
Quick solution for known
issue
If you camera doesn’t work or shows
black in 3CX meeting, please make sure that shutter slider on it is open and
that you don’t have any other application / chrome tab that uses camera open on
the background. Camera can only be used by one source at the same time.
