Work from Home Instructions

This document has been created to enable employees to easily set themselves up be able to work from home when required. This document includes access to TSfarm access and all related applications (email, E-ngauge, company documents, etc.), company phone and remote tools for IT support to be able to assist in case of need.

 

 

TS Farm Access - RDP icon creation process


Perform these steps on your local desktop only!

Open START menu and into the search bar type "MSTSC". Click on The Remote Desktop Connection

Click on Show Options


As computer name write TSFARM.DATACENTRE.LOCAL
In the username field enter your account in a format of datacentre\username

Now switch to Advanced tab and click on the Settings... button


Tick the "Use these RD Gateway server settings:
Fill up the Server Name to gateway02.nonstopconsulting.com
Click to OK and switch back to the General Tab




Go back to the General Tab and hit Save As and save your file on your local desktop.


 


 

Company Phone - 3CX

For the calling from home we need to use our 3CX telephony system.

Please remember you always need to use phone locally on your computer’s Google Chrome, not on tsfarm for best performance. 


If you want you cant set up also calling from TSFARM directly as you probably already have on your office computer, please read this helpdoc how to set this up: How to use 3CX on TSFarm

 

Note: When calling directly though the PC please use headphones or a headset to reduce echo, otherwise whoever you are calling will hear themselves.

 

1)      Open the email sent from 3CX Phone System - Nonstop Recruitment noreply@3cx.net called “Your User Account on your New 3CX System” (in the past it was “Welcome to 3CX!”) In this email under the section Your Communications Dashboards you will find your login details like extension number and password and the link for the web application where you can access your phone. Be sure you are entering password, not the PIN!

2)      Go to https://nonstoprecruitment.3cx.cz:5001/webclient

3)      Enter your login details and press login, if you can’t find your password, please call helpdesk

4)      You will be automatically logged on the webapplication a will be prompted to allow microphone usage, please press allow

5)      To access dialler, please click on the dialler icon on the top of the web app window and dial the number you want to call

6)                   You can also use your smartphone. It depends on your phone system go to the Google Play or Apple APPStore and search for the 3CX. Download and install it. You will be asked for QR code which you can find in the mentioned Welcome to 3CX e-mail. Or you can find it in the computer based 3CX under the settings – Scan QR code. Scan it in the 3CX app and your account will be set up in a second.

IT Support contact channels

1)      For a quick help please call IT support external number - CZ: +420 270 006 600

2)      If your 3CX is set up and working call us directly on 2222

3)      In case we didn’t pick up the phone we are busy with other cases, so please send an email to support@nonstopconsulting.com, please describe your issue and share as many details as you can to speed up the whole process, please also share your telephone contact we can use in case of need.

4)      If your TSFARM is working but you are having some different trouble or request please send us an IT ticket in a standard way.

 

- In case you need us to help you remotely on your local PC please prepare Teamviewer ID so we can connect and help you

a.       Open the file called Emergencypackage1.zip and run TeamViewer.exe installer and please follow the installation instructions

b.       Once installed, please open a shortcut created during the installation from your desktop

c.       Please let us know Teamviewer ID and password.
