3CX Audio Settings
and Camera
Open 3CX client in Google Chrome 
and go under Settings – Audio/Video:
Select
your default Camera, Speakers and Microphone as the headset
device and set the Ringer on your Speakers to be able
to hear incoming calls through your PC speakers.
This setting is
only to change the ringer output to your PC speakers and keeps headset as the communication device.
Managing volume level on:
Windows 7
Windows 7 Audio Settings
Right
click on the volume icon will show the related menu to access Playback and Recording devices. As first go on the Playback tab and select your headset as default device.
Repeat the same
action for Recording devices. Headset device should set as default.
Windows 7 Volume Settings
In this section you can manage the volume level of the headset and the ringer separately. Right click on your volume icon and go to Open
Volume Mixer.
On
the mixer you can switch between headset and speakers by clicking on the device name under the device icon.
Set the volume as your preference for both devices. Speakers – to low level, Headset – normal conversation level.

Windows 7 Background Noise
In case you will be having an issue with
the background noise you need to adjust the microphone sensitivity to a
lower amount. Right click on your volume icon and go to Sounds. Choose your
headset and right click it again and go to Properties.
Head to Levels and adjust the value lower.
Then press OK.
Windows 10
Windows 10 Audio Settings
Right
click on the volume icon will show the Sounds menu to Access Playback and Recording devices.
First
go on Playback tab and set your
headset as default device. Apply the same on Recording tab, select your headset device and set
it as default.
Windows 10 Volume Settings
Left click on the
sound icon in below right corner will open up the volume bar and clicking on
the arrow on the right top corner
will expand your list of devices.
Volume levels can be adjusted differently by switching between devices. Set Speakers – to low level, Headset – normal conversation level.
