If you are not able to receive any calls to your 3CX, please make sure the options below are checked.

 

  • Availability option might be set up incorrectly. You will only receive calls if you’re in an ‘Available’ mode. To change your status, click on the profile which is at the top left corner of the screen and change your status.

 


 

  • When making calls, make sure the right option for making the call is selected (Browser / Smartphone). If the option ‘Smartphone’ is selected, your calls will be made through your mobile application (in case it is installed)

 


 

 

  • Another reason for not being able to receive calls could be related to the ‘Queue’ option. Queue calls are managed through the profile options on the top left corner. Select Login or Logout from Queue accordingly from this option.


 

3CX Mobile app:

  • The options that are set in your 3CX browser also apply on the mobile app. The functions are the same, e.g. the blue icon will set the Queue status while the green square indicates your Online/Availability mode.
