My phone line through 3CX is bad quality, what can I do?
- If you are experiencing bad call quality and/or the line keeps dropping out, please follow the lines below to detect the issue
- Make sure that you are using 3CX outside of TSfarm, through your local PC
- Generally the web application has a better audio quality than what mobile application offers

- Use headphones so others on the line don’t hear themselves through your speakers
- Be as close to the microphone as you can while talking. Positioning the microphone between your nose and lips will provide the best audio transformation.
- If you still have issues regarding quality, check your internet line stability via speedtest.net and share the results with the IT team
- Line quality may be effected if your internet/data speed is low or having a bad quality of connection. Connecting your PC to internet via a LAN cable offers a lot more stability and better performance.
- If you experience continuous line issues please report the issue with details (time of the call/s, destination number and used prefix) to IT Helpdesk. Having the details will allow them to investigate quicker.
