1. Plug in your new headset and wait for about 30 seconds for the Headset driver to be installed, it’s an automatic process.

2. Open 3CX Settings page

3. In the settings panel select Audio/Video and scroll down to Headset Integration

and click a dropdown menu where headset providers are listed and select β€œJabraβ€œ

You will see either Headset not available – the headset is not connected properly or the driver is still being installed. Or connected with the headset name in a green box.  

If you see Headset not available click on the Connect headset button.

A new window will appear where you can connect to the headset, select the headset from the list and press on the connect button.

Now your Headset should be shown in green box.

With all the steps done you are now using Jabra integration for your headset. With this you can use the headset functions with 3CX for easier call functionality.

 


Headset Buttons Usage

From the front of the headset you have the Mute button and Status indicator LED as shown in the picture.

And on the side of the headset you can find the Pick Up/ Hang Up button also shown on the picture. (Some headsets will have Microsoft Teams integration for notifications if you press the button it will take you to the notification center in Microsoft Teams.)

And from the back of the headset you will find the media controll buttons.

You can see there is a Volume Up/ Volume Down/ Play-Pause Button as well as Status indicator LED
