There are two options to perform a call transfer.
For attended
transfers where you talk to the person before you transfer
the call to them; select Att.transfer and
type the number which the call will be transferred to.The actual call will be
put on hold automatically while you’re connecting to the person the caller
wants to speak to. This allows you to talk the person before you transfer
the call to them. When you are ready to transfer the call, select Join to
complete the transfer.
Standard transfer redirects the call to a
different number and immediately ends it on your side. To apply this; select Transfer,
type the destination number and make the call to complete the transfer.


In
case you cannot complete the transfer due to the person being unavailable for
any other reason, the call you’re transferring will be returned to your line as on Hold. Click
on Resume to
return to the call.
