Please click on
the „Kill Engauge“ icon on your TSFARM desktop. This helps in around 80% of
cases. Also it could take from 5-20 seconds so better please wait for a while.
If it will not help you, please contact Helpdesk and we can remotely turn
off just the frozen e-nGauge process. The rest will be still running on.
Alternatively log
off yourself from the TSFARM via the Start and Log off buttons. This will end
the e-nGauge process and will help you for sure.
