Such e-mails can appear to come from NonStop and usually urge you to take a quick action due to full mailbox, ending subscription etc. They often ask you to click a link and then enter your password. The NonStop systems will never ask you to enter your password other than to log in to TSFarm and e-nGauge.
Regardless of the display name shown in the email, check the domain the email is sent from to see if it’s one of ours:
If links are clicked within such emails, they usually take you to a fake web page. In the case of the above, to a fake Microsoft page. You can identify this as a fake page by the URL. In this case you can also see the title “Microsoft Office 365” is typed with a ‘0’ (zero) instead of an ‘O’.
If you do enter your password you typically get an error message saying it’s not possible to get in but unfortunately, as soon as you submit your details, the scammers have already recorded them. You should contact IT helpdesk asap to change your password.
If you have any questions about this, or are ever in doubt about an email you have received, please contact the IT helpdesk team.
